About the PACT Collaborative

The PACT Collaborative convenes healthcare organizations for a structured, year-long initiative to improve how they respond after harm.

Through guided learning, real-world application, and peer collaboration, teams build the knowledge, skills, and systems needed to implement a comprehensive and reliable Communication and Resolution Program.

Launched in 2020 by The Center for Harm Response, Ariadne Labs, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Collaborative’s 5th cohort begins Spring 2027.
