PACT Leadership & Innovation Network
A peer network where organizations come together to share real cases, learn from each other, and continue strengthening their response after harm.
The PACT Leadership & Innovation Network supports healthcare organizations that already have a Communication and Resolution Program (CRP) in place and are looking to strengthen, refine, and advance their approach over time.
Through ongoing peer learning, case discussion, and expert guidance, the Network helps teams navigate challenges, build on what’s working, and continue improving how they respond after harm.
About the PACT Leadership & Innovation Network
The PACT Network is an ongoing community for healthcare leaders who are committed to harm response program implementation, sustainability, and innovation.
Members convene six times a year to share insights, explore real-life cases, redefine strategies, and develop new ideas for advancing the harm response landscape.
Joining the Network ensures your team stay connected to the most current thinking, practices, and innovations in CRP, while expanding your influence and impact in the field.
